Device Warranty

Your device comes with a standard one year defect-free manufacturing warranty, from the date of original retail purchase. Should your device get defective due to a manufacturing error within the warranty period, the company will either get the product repaired at no charge, or exchange the product with one device of an equal functionality. How to use tcare app from my phone?
Download the app from the Play Store and log in. You should be able to find tcare’s dashboard and the list of features it hosts. For any queries, fill out the form under the “Contact Us” tab and we’ll get back to you right away. However, if there is a problem you would like us to take a look at, all you need to do is run the remote diagnostics tool and we can take it from there. Rest assured, while running the diagnostics, your data is safe, private and at no cost will be infringed upon.
How to track my device under repair?
When your device is under service with us on account of a repair, we ensure you're in the loop for any updates. For this purpose, we have a tracker that our service experts update on a regular basis and they will keep you posted on the latest status of your device. This ensures accountability on our part to ensure the product reaches back to you in the shortest possible time and helps in communicating any delays we may encounter.

Return Policy

Once a device is purchased, it can be repaired or replaced subject to terms and conditions defined in the warranty policy. For more information, please refer to the same here.
In case of any refund/cancellation of order, the paid price of the product (including the tax collected) will be refunded. However, convenience/value added charges are non-refundable. For any further clarifications, kindly write to us at tcare@smartron.com

Mode of payment

It is mandated that the credit/debit card or the net banking facility that was used by you to avail Smartron’s products belongs to you or has been authorized by you. We indemnify ourselves from any theft or misuse of your modes of payment. Though we exercise utmost care by using the highest level of security in authorized payment gateways, it is however, your sole responsibility to take appropriate care of your financial transactions. We do not accept or retain any sensitive information with regard to your credit/ debit cards or net banking transactions. As a best practice and concern for your online safety, we however urge you to not share sensitive details such as the CVV, authorization passwords or account numbers with anyone who is not authorized by you.
